My opponent keeps dodging …

Send an attack with 150 catapults to arrive 3 minutes before your nobles and aim for the Rally point. Now when the defender dodges (this is also one of the reasons why backtiming is a more reliable defence tactic) his troops will be underway with rally point at lvl 0, making it impossible for your opponent to cancel and have his troops come back to attack your nobles.
It will take him 5 minutes to rebuild the rally point, and in those 5 minutes you can noble his village without it costing much. It is still wise to send two clears just before your nobles arrive. Safe is sexy, n’est ce pas?
